Surf City is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with, defective, wrong shape or size you may return the item to us within 45 days. Any item returned must be in the condition it was received with the original tags, and or receipts with no evidence of wear within the 45 days for a full refund. Shipping costs included by the customer will also be refunded. If we have to send a call tag for the product than we will deduct the cost of shipping off the original invoice. After the 45 days we will issue a full credit to our store, that never expires!! Surfboard sales are final unless damaged upon receipt. Ordering products is easy and risk free guaranteed.
We understand that the convenience of shopping online can sometimes be overshadowed by the inconvenience and disappointment associated with having to deal with a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us (preferably by email) so we can give you a return verification. We like to deal with customer returns personally so we can clarify the issue you have with the product and see if we can find a fair solution for compensation. However, we cannot be liable for changes in taste, changes of mind, and/or failed expectations. We encourage customers to do their research before buying products off of our site.
